Dear Jackson:
Thank you very much for arranging for the city tour which the group found interesting although it could have better if not for the road closure due to New Year cerebration. Because of the road closure, the group missed the chance to visit 36 streets and we hope to have a chance to visit this well known tourist attraction in future. As for the Halong Bay trip, it was most unfortunate that few members could not go along because they were taken ill. The 4 who went enjoyed the trip very much although they felt that it took too long to reach the destination from the Hotel. They told me it was because there was some control on vehicle speed for road safety reasons and I believe this must be the case. Overall, the group was very happy with the arrangement you have made especially the provision of the superb condition vehicle which allowed us to travel in comfort while in Hanoi. Once again thank you very much and I hope to go back to Hanoi again in the near future.

We had an awesome time in Vietnam. We learned a lot about this fantastic country. We truly enjoyed travelling with your company. The guides were very friendly and caring. It was an eye-opening experience for us. Thanks again for your great planning and organization. We will definitely revisit vietnam in the future.
