Ha Long Carnival in Quang Ninh

(VOV) - The 2011 Ha Long Carnival took place in Bai Chay tourism area in the north-eastern province of Quang Ninh on May 1.
Tens of thousands of tourists were captivated by special art performances along the beach with dozens of beautifully decorated sails bobbing gently in the sea behind.
Large numbers of people poured into the streets, hand in hand, singing and dancing together with as many as 2,000 artists from Quang Ninh province, and foreign guests from China, the Republic of Korea and the Philippines.
